Eligibility for Return:
Our return policy covers electric bikes purchased directly from our website. If you purchased the electric bike from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return policy.The electric bike must be in its original condition, free from any damage, scratches, or modifications, and accompanied by all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Timeframe for Returns:
You may return an electric bike within 90 days from the date of purchase. If you need any replacement parts within 90 days, please contact us via email at support@ebkarocy.com and we will respond within 12 hours and help you solve your problem.
Return Process:
Prior to returning the electric bike, please contact our customer support team support@ebkarocy.com to initiate the return process. They will provide you with a Free Return Label for quality problems.
Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving the returned electric bike, our technicians will inspect it to verify its condition and compliance with our return policy. If the electric bike meets the return policy requirements, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or offer an exchange for another new electric bike.
